Job Title: Product Manager at Synshift Technology

Location: #Remote (quarterly visits to Lagos office is required)

One of Synshift Group's subsidiaries is looking for a Product Manager with at least 2-3 years experience, preferably in a Startup - SaaS or Fintech company, to help drive the new SaaS application.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify the customer needs and the larger business objectives that the product will fulfill; be able to articulate what a successful product 
should represent, and most importantly be able to put together and lead a team that brings a vision to reality.

Job Duties:
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.
• Product innovation and development track record.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Identify talent and build a team.
• Perform product demos to customers.
• Defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Brief and train the sales team at quarterly sales meetings.
• Act as a leader within the company.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Previous working experience in a SaaS Startup or Fintech company.
• Technical background, with experience in Startup company.
• Experience drafting Product and • Market Requirements Document.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team work skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Data analytics and metrics management skills.
• Ability to productively remotely.
• Must be able to travel as needed for customer engagements.
