What This Job Involves

• Planning design concepts according to the content calendar
• Collaborate with the content team to design high-quality photo manipulated thumbnails to be used in different social media channels
• Have full design autonomy from conceptualization, branding and visual executions for various projects and events
• Create and visualize photoshoot style guidelines to art direct the team during production
• Support the on all creative needs of the projects and content team
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) Able to work with 3D modelling on any 3d modelling software is a plus point.
• Able to work independently, perform well in a fast-paced environment with proper time management and display teamwork.

• 2-3 years of graphic designing experience
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
