You Will:

Manage and monitor customer communication channels: Email, Live Chat, Phone, Text Message, Facebook

Work with US & CA warehouses to coordinate shipment details, order changes, and returns.

Act as the first level of management for a team of up to 20 direct reports consisting of front line agents

Monitor the phone queues for traffic surges and be expected to participate as required in order to maintain service levels
