Job Role: Business Analyst

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos 

Job Summary: An Edutech company based in Lagos  is looking for an experienced business analyst with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in the Edutech industry, to assist the team with; market strategies, business decisions, and optimisation of sales processes to increase business outcomes.

Job Descriptions:

1.Collect, organize, and interpret sales data to provide management with relevant data analysis, decision support, and market strategy recommendations. 

2. Analyze sales data to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to develop more effective sales strategies and plans. 

3. Research and track market trends and competitor actions to adjust and optimize sales plans based on sales data and market conditions. 

4.Explore and manage data sources and design, create, and maintain key data reports and analysis results. 

5. Assist in the development and management of sales budgets, track sales and marketing expenses, and provide relevant forecasts and analyses. 

6.Provide data support and analysis training to team members and management to improve team data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making abilities. 

Qualifications 
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in data analysis, statistics, marketing, business administration, or related fields

2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Business analysis, market research, or sales operations. 

3. Familiarity with various data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
 

4. Excellent communication, expression, teamwork, and project management skills.
 
6.Sales, industry, and market research experience are preferred.
