About the Company:

Select Saunas is an online retailer of saunas that values customer satisfaction and is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Review orders and ensure accuracy

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email

• Resolve issues via appropriate channels

• Maintain knowledge of sauna products and services

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous experience in customer service

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Highly organized and good memory

• Great computer skills (Shopify, MS Office, Gorgias/Zendesk)

• High-speed, stable internet

• Ability to work in US time zones (9-5 Mountain time)

• Experience in a small company (<30 people)

• Interest in saunas and wellness (welcome bonus)
