About the Company:
Select Saunas is an online retailer of saunas that values customer satisfaction and is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Review orders and ensure accuracy
Respond to customer queries via phone and email
Resolve issues via appropriate channels
Maintain knowledge of sauna products and services
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent spoken and written English
Highly organized and good memory
Great computer skills (Shopify, MS Office, Gorgias/Zendesk)
High-speed, stable internet
Ability to work in US time zones (9-5 Mountain time)
Experience in a small company (<30 people)
Interest in saunas and wellness (welcome bonus)
Benefits:
Starting salary of $5/hr + 1% sales commission (averaging $8-12+/hr)
