UNICEF/NerdzFactory Company Limited is seeking highly qualified experts in various fields to join their team for an exciting opportunity to support programs through Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services across several countries within the Western and Central African Region (WCAR).

Available Positions:

• WASH Experts

• Health Experts (HIV)

• Nutrition Experts

• Education Experts

• Child Protection Experts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive field monitoring activities and site visits in designated sites

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data

• Engage with local communities, partners, and beneficiaries

• Prepare detailed reports in line with our standards and guidelines

• Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and protocols

Eligibility:

• WASH Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Water, Sanitation, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in WASH-related roles within humanitarian or development settings.

• Health Experts (HIV): Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HIV program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

• Nutrition Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

• Education Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in education program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

• Child Protection Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in child protection program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the local context in the specified countries

• Experience working with international organizations is highly desirable

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage

• Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex work projects
