Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Admin & Services Officer to join our team, providing administrative support, managing logistics, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks, including stationery supply and meeting room management
Supervise office staff, including Cleaners, Drivers, and Admin Assistants
Maintain records of Company Assets and office equipment
Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and Partners
Manage logistics and driver workload
Liaise with vendors for best-in-class service offerings
Prepare documents and manage petty cash
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any subject
Minimum 4 years' work experience in Office Admin, Services, or Customer Services
Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in travel management and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
