Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 monthly

Job Overview We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer with strong graphic design and video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, create visually appealing content, and drive online engagement across all platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor social media for engagement, responding promptly and professionally. Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics and visual content aligned with the brand's identity. Create and edit videos optimized for each platform. Develop compelling copy to complement visual content.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and contests. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Trend Analysis and Adaptation: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Adapt strategies and content based on emerging trends.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure social media content reflects the company's brand voice and values. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and engage with influencers and potential collaborators. Manage relationships with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills. Ideally, 4-5 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is beneficial.
  • Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
