Customer Success Manager Graduate Intern at Canonical (Remote, Worldwide)
Pay: $2,000/Month Location: Remote worldwide
What your day will look like
Strong focus on supporting customers by resolving ticket requests.
Enhance documentation related to problem-solving, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
Execute campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital channels and activities.
Identify high-potential and high-risk customers among newly onboarded users.
Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes. Products include: Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data applications, and more.
Collaborate with Sales and Support to develop and implement engagement plans aligned with customer objectives.
Proactively identify risks within your customer portfolio.
Gather customer feedback and prepare it for review by the product team.
What we are looking for in you
Previous customer-facing experience.
An empathetic individual with a strong desire to help others.
Passion for technology, infrastructure, and particularly Ubuntu.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in structuring and maintaining documentation.
A team player capable of effective collaboration across departments.
