Customer Success Manager Graduate Intern at Canonical (Remote, Worldwide)

Pay: $2,000/Month Location: Remote worldwide

What your day will look like

  • Strong focus on supporting customers by resolving ticket requests.
  • Enhance documentation related to problem-solving, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
  • Execute campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital channels and activities.
  • Identify high-potential and high-risk customers among newly onboarded users.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes. Products include: Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data applications, and more.  
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support to develop and implement engagement plans aligned with customer objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks within your customer portfolio.
  • Gather customer feedback and prepare it for review by the product team.

What we are looking for in you

  • Previous customer-facing experience.
  • An empathetic individual with a strong desire to help others.
  • Passion for technology, infrastructure, and particularly Ubuntu.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in structuring and maintaining documentation.
  • A team player capable of effective collaboration across departments.
