What you will be doing
Help in organizing and conducting basic IT training sessions for employees.
Provide first-level technical support to Jumia employees and departments
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Help maintain and update IT inventory and asset management systems
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and user guides
Assist in setting up and configuring workstations and mobile devices
Support the implementation of IT security best practices
Help monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity
Assist in user account management and access control
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Assist in providing support for Jumia’s e-commerce platforms and internal tools
