We are a fast growing hospitality outfit providing our guest with unique and exemplar hospitality services over the past few years.

Responsibilities

  • Train, cross train and retrain all front office staff and manage working relationship and communicate with all departments.
  • Shall be responsible for the training of the front office staff as outlined in the front office procedure.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meeting of front office staff check cashiers in and out and verify all deposits at each shift.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of the front office operations.
  • Verify accurate room status information and resolve guest problems efficiently and courteously.
  • Comply with legal requirement on lodging property and manage guest expectation.
  • Supervising and guiding the front office team and coordinating the team work schedule.
  • Ensure that front office personnel, properly completes all from office duties.
  • Directs and conducts the activities of the front office reservation and guest services.
  • Inspect the all vacant clean room by housekeeping department to be sure that the room meet up with the hotel standard.
  • Prepares monthly reports and budget for the front office operations.
  • Ideal candidate must be computer literate.
