Job Title: Growth and Sales Specialist - EdTech

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Growth and Sales Specialist to lead our EdTech sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategies to expand our EdTech offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive EdTech growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the EdTech market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve EdTech products
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Strong understanding of the EdTech market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems
- Familiarity with the educational sector and its stakeholders
