NoemDek Limited is seeking an Office Assistant to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties.
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
– Organize and maintain files and records.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
– Perform general office duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory.
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
– Assist with special projects, as needed.
– A high school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
