Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- Age not exceeding 26 years at the time of application. (28 years for candidates with MSc or LLB)
- Minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
- Completion of NYSC.
Divisions: Retail Sales, Products, and Retail Operations
Recruitment Process:
Step 1: Eligible candidates undergo a written test.
Step 2: Successful candidates attend an open day at Access head office for interactive sessions.
Step 3: Assessment includes a psychometric test, essay writing, and panel interview.
Step 4: Final interview with the Head of Human Resources.
Step 5: Successful candidates receive training school offer letters.
