ESD Okayama Award 2024: Application Information

Overview

The ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) Okayama Award recognizes outstanding ESD initiatives worldwide. Jointly sponsored by Okayama City and the ESD Okayama Award Steering Board, this award aims to honor exemplary ESD projects, support the activities of award-winning organizations, and contribute to the spread of ESD activities.

Eligibility

• Organizations implementing ESD projects in Japan and abroad

Award Details

• Number of Award-Winning Projects: One or two projects
• Prize: US $3,000 per project

Application Deadline

• Date: 12 July 2024 (Friday)
• Time: 17:00 Japan Standard Time (JST)

Award Ceremony

• Date: 23 November 2024 (Saturday)
• Location: Okayama, Japan
• Details: One representative from each awarded organization will be invited to the ceremony and requested to give a presentation on the project.
