The Young Changemakers Fellowship (YCF) is a prestigious program designed for high school students from the United States, U.S. territories, and tribal nations. Program Components

• Self-designed action project

• In-person summit in Washington, D.C. (July 23-27, 2024)

• Virtual meetings throughout the school year

• Project planning workshops

• Communication training

• Roundtable discussions with NOAA leadership

• One-on-one mentorship with a NOAA employee
