Opportunity Title: Andersen Graduate Program 2024


Andersen offers specialized Tax, Corporate and Commercial Advisory, Regulatory and Transactional Services, Transfer Pricing, and Business Advisory Services to both resident and non-resident companies operating in Nigeria, West Africa, and globally.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 credits obtained in one sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Graduation from a reputable university with at least a Second-Class Upper degree in any discipline.
  • Undergraduate transcripts for graduates of international universities (if degree class is not indicated).
  • Law graduates must possess a minimum of a Second-Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School.
  • Age below 27 years at the time of application.
  • NYSC Status: Currently enrolled, completed, or exempted with relevant documentation.

Offer A successful candidate will receive a job offer upon completion of our recruitment process.

Selection Criteria Shortlisted candidates will undergo a GMAT-based aptitude test and essay writing to assess their ability to articulate thoughts clearly. Successful candidates will advance to the next stage.

Assessment Centers Assessment centers evaluate teamwork skills through group exercises, individual presentations, and panel interviews. Successful candidates will proceed to the final interview phase.

Final Interviews Successful assessment center candidates will interview with a partner for a one-on-one meeting.
