Job Title: Customer Service Representative. (Female)
Applicants must be between 25-30 years
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary: N100,000 

Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain broad knowledge of the company’s products, service and promotion.
• Maintain documentation of customers inquires and responses for future reference
• Answer any questions the customer may have about available product and service via telephone, email or chat.
• Listen to customers concern and complain with goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
• Select appropriate response to customers issues and work quickly to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Anticipate customer’s needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional service.
 
Applicants must possess the following skills:
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft office & Google suite packages.
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Professional, able to maintain to maintain confidentiality and ethical behaviour.
• Team spirit.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• -Issue resolution skills.
• Ability to patiently solve the customer’s problem.
• A curious mind that is eager to learn & innovate.
 
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc. English Language a minimum of 1 year requisite experience
NYSC discharge certificate is compulsory.
