One Acre Fund is recruiting State Expansion Specialists to launch and run its newest expansion state. You will lead a full first season across Credit, Cash Sales, Trees and Extension.

The Opportunity at a Glance

What You Will Do

• Lead community mapping and site selection
• Set up districts, wards and Points of Delivery
• Recruit and onboard the in-state team
• Own Season 1 enrolment, revenue and P&L targets
• Build trust with community leaders and stakeholders
• Monitor performance and manage operational, financial and credit risk

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years leading field teams or multi-workstream operations
• Strong project management, data-driven decision making and people leadership
• Willingness to live in a rural or remote location and relocate as needed
• Fluent English; Hausa is an advantage
