One Acre Fund is recruiting a Junior Finance Analyst to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting and act as a finance partner to teams across the organisation.

What You Will Do

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls, and coordinate audits
• Keep the organisation compliant with Nigerian tax rules (VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT)
• Reconcile receivables, payables, inventory and petty cash
• Build financial models, run Budget vs. Actual analysis and deliver forecasts
• Advise non-finance leads and build financial discipline across teams

Who Can Apply

• 3 to 5 years in financial reporting, internal controls, audit or risk management
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax law and statutory reporting standards
• Hands-on experience evaluating control frameworks and coordinating audits
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• High personal accountability, with the ability to clear bottlenecks
