Eisenhower Fellowships (EF) invites women leaders from all professional fields working to strengthen civic participation and good governance to the United States for a unique nearly six-week program.
The 2024 Women’s Leadership Program, EF’s fourth since 2010, advances women’s leadership and gender equity as core dimensions of the Eisenhower Fellowships mission.
Fellows will develop their leadership skills, foster interdisciplinary professional relationships and launch concrete collaborations of impact to better their societies.

Where do African women fit in?
Well, the Women’s Leadership Program is open to outstanding candidates from every country in the EF global network. The African countries currently represented in the global network are; #Nigeria, #Ghana, #SouthAfrica, #Rwanda, #Tanzania, and #Zimbabwe.
