**Job Summary:**

We seek a proactive Sales Representative with exceptional marketing and interpersonal prowess to actively connect with and entice potential customers.

**Minimum Qualification:** OND

**Experience Level:** Entry level

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Responsibilities:**
- Effectively close sales utilizing diverse marketing techniques.
- Engage prospective customers via various platforms such as WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Cultivate rapport, actively listen, and comprehend customer needs and preferences.
- Familiarize oneself with our product distribution network and Inventory management systems.
- Foster, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relations.
- Initiate contact with customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to optimize satisfaction.
- Attain designated sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline sales efforts.
- Assess territory/market potential, monitor sales, and generate status reports.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products/services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously enhance performance through feedback mechanisms.

**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to craft and deliver audience-tailored presentations.
- Proficiency in relationship management and openness to feedback.

**Location:** Karu, Abuja.

**Compensation:**

N50,000 - N100,000 Plus Attractive Incentives/Bonuses, commensurate with Performance, skills, qualifications, and experience.
