Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies

• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing)

• Create compelling content and campaigns

• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance

• Collaborate with sales team to generate and nurture leads

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate)

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software

• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems

• Excellent communication, copywriting, video creation, editing, and graphic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
