  • Proven experience in technical support/implementation (fintech/financial services preferred)

  • Programming proficiency (Python, Java, JavaScript)

  • Advanced SQL

  • Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Infrastructure management

  • Advanced troubleshooting

  • Tool and technology mastery (ticketing systems, monitoring tools)

Education: First degree from a reputable institution
