Graphic Designers Wanted at UNOPS (Remote, Contract, One Year - Renewable)
Job Overview:
The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their team on a one-year renewable contract. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various assets, including social media channels, office documents, and publications.
Responsibilities:
Develop digital designs for social media channels and office documents
Create layouts and graphic designs for publications
Present design ideas and concepts
Produce clear and concise materials that convey key messages
Provide ad-hoc design support for print and digital ads
Edit and improve photos, charts, and other graphic elements
Establish and maintain a graphic works library
Collaborate with the team to provide guidance on graphic design and illustration
Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant field (or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience)
At least 2 years of Graphic Design experience in international development cooperation, INGOs, or related fields
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides/Powerpoint)
Full working knowledge of English (working knowledge of French or another official UNOPS language is an asset)
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience working in public health, especially on malaria
Knowledge of print media and 3D software or video editing
