Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using modern Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI frameworks
• Work with core ML algorithms: Linear Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, SVM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and Bayesian models
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask and FastAPI
• Manage data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data from MongoDB and MySQL
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborative coding

Requirements — Do You Qualify?

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistics
• Strong working knowledge of at least 6 core ML algorithms
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Comfort communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive attitude toward learning and staying current on AI trends and tools

Preferred (not required): A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; publications or contributions to the AI/ML community; experience with reinforcement learning or big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
