Job Overview:

As a Tech Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in our Ad Operations team, assisting in the management and optimization of ad campaigns across various digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of ad operations and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms

• Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to traffic, test, and troubleshoot digital ad campaigns

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery and KPI achievement

• Support the team in generating and presenting reports on campaign effectiveness

• Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on creatives and tags

• Participate in the implementation and execution of ad trafficking processes

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Technology/Engineering, or related fields

• Knowledge or familiarity with digital advertising concepts and platforms is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the advertising industry

Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year

• Canva: 1 year

• Google Ad tools: 1 year
