What You'll Do:
Be a master of product knowledge, confidently answering customer inquiries about SBC's beverages and other offerings.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
Gather and document customer feedback to help improve overall customer experience.
Who You Are:
A holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
Fluently speak Hausa or Igbo (a major plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Available to work a flexible shift schedule.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of management practices.
Possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
