The Internship

This one-year internship is designed to provide you with valuable experience in the field of food safety within a multinational organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of food served at Exxon Mobil facilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor catering operations to identify and prevent safety hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP), hygiene standards, and contractual agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and update catering trackers (equipment, supplies, menus).
  • Conduct quality inspections of food, water, and other supplies.
  • Assist with analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree (2nd class upper minimum) in Agriculture, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Hotel Management, or Food Science/Technology.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong foundation in food safety principles (preferred).
  • Experience in catering operations or the hospitality industry (a plus).
