About the Role

• Be a model for excellence in data-driven decision making
• Contribute to shaping data processes and values
• Collaborate across the organization to provide insights and inform strategies
• Analyze various metrics (SaaS, marketing, account health, etc.)
• Develop and implement event tracking mechanisms
• Participate in A/B testing and provide recommendations
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Mode, Stitch)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting SaaS metrics
• Experience working with the Stripe data model
• Strong expertise in GTM analytics (account-based, product-led sales, marketing)
• Familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG) business models
