We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with strong Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor inbox and order entry system to ensure timely order processing.
Communicate with various departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as requested.
Provide customers with stock availability, lead times, and order status updates.
Create and send order confirmations to customers.
Print and verify labels or samples for accuracy.
Develop new labels, including ingredient declarations, in collaboration with QC & RD teams.
Maintain and monitor label inventory, reporting when reorder levels are required.
Generate daily customer reports for order tracking.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and co-workers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
Perform other duties as assigned.
