Risk-Based Product Audit: Building and maintaining a living Product Audit Universe to systematically evaluate payment features, settlement flows, and integration risks.
Pre-Release Sign-Offs: Evaluating Maker-Checker controls, fee calculation logic, and authorization workflows before major software releases go live.
SQL Data Interrogation: Writing complex SQL queries to query fee engines, verify automated VAT postings, and audit wallet sub-ledger reconciliations.
Configuration & Drift Detection: Monitoring live payment pathways to detect configuration drift, unapproved changes, or mathematical discrepancies.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Product Audit, Systems Audit, Financial Data Analytics, or Payment Operations within fintech or banking.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL, payment system architecture (wallets, card processing, direct debit), and audit frameworks (COSO / IIA). Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CFE are advantageous.
