Barqly builds food delivery and local commerce infrastructure tailored specifically for Nigerian cities. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the architecture and user interface execution for web platforms connecting customers, restaurant vendors, and logistics partners.

Core Duties & Technical Focus

In this position, you will own the frontend engineering lifecycle end-to-end:

• Architecting Scalable Web Apps: Developing performant single-page applications (SPAs) with state management, clean component hierarchies, and responsive layouts.

• Optimizing User Workflows: Refining vendor management portals, real-time order tracking dashboards, and customer checkout flows for low latency.

• API Integration: Connecting web frontends with real-time RESTful and WebSocket backend services.

• Mentorship & Quality Standards: Setting code quality benchmarks, conducting peer code reviews, and maintaining automated component testing suites.

Technical Requirements & Candidate Expectations
