The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is hiring a Graduate Intern in People and Culture at its Ibadan campus in Oyo State. The on-site internship gives a recent graduate practical experience supporting a senior leadership team in an international research organisation, providing administrative, operational, communication and coordination support to the Director and leadership team. 

You need a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline, plus experience managing schedules, meetings, reporting and stakeholder engagement, and coordinating several priorities at once.
