1. EDUCATORS WHO CAN CREATE ONLINE CONTENT

Specification

• Position: Full-time Hybrid (Can be completely remote in exceptional situations)
• Required qualifications: ND/NCE/ BSC in education
• Location : Ibadan/Osogbo (when physical contact is required)
• Subjects required: All Primary and Secondary School Subjects

Details:

We are looking for specialized, creative, professional, and growth-centric teachers who are passionate about restructuring education and learning methodology across Africa. Selected individuals will be responsible for collaboration and creation of educational content related to the subject of their expertise with our technical team.

Skills required

• Two (2) years’ experience on the job

2. MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS: INTERN POSITION

Specification

• Position: Part-Time (90% Remote Work)
• Required: Training, and at least, a sample project in your portfolio.
• Type: Paid

Details

We are looking to work with enthusiastic, skilled, and exceptional mobile app developers. Selected members will collaborate with other members of our development team to build our new mobile app from the scratch. This internship will offer you an opportunity to work in one of the most innovative Edtech Startups in Nigeria. You will also have a firsthand experience of collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This internship program is to last for 6 months (with an option of working full time after the internship period). 

Tasks

• Collaborating to develop the brand’s app from scratch
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes built in Figma into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and brows

3. BACKEND DEVELOPERS: INTERN POSITION

5. SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST (PROFESSIONAL AND INTERN)

Specification

We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to help us sell the products and services that help improve the lives of people around the country. Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, it’s essential that our salesperson be approachable and professional. His or her efforts will help us extend our global reach and impact.

Objectives

• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining a insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
• Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
• Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

1. Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
2. Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base
3. Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
4. Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
5. Utilize Salesforce.com tool to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
6. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

1. 2-5 years in sales within the education industry (for professionals) 0-1 for interns.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
3. Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
4. Experience closing enterprise level deals
5. Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
6. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Proven success rate at levels above quotas
3. Strong organizational skills
