What You Will Be Doing

The selected candidate will contribute to research and policy projects through data collection, cleaning, and validation, Excel-based quantitative analysis, preparation of policy briefs and research reports, proposal development support, translating complex datasets into clear actionable recommendations, and developing presentations and analytical outputs. 

In plain terms: you will collect and organise data, analyse it using Excel, and help turn the numbers into reports and recommendations that decision-makers can actually use. It is hands-on, meaningful work.

Who They Are Looking For

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant professional or research experience, strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, proficiency in Excel and data analysis, and clear and structured writing skills. 

Nikore Associates is particularly interested in candidates with exposure or interest in gender and social inclusion, MSMEs, labour and employment, infrastructure development, or broader development policy sectors.
