Attention all students and young professionals! The 2024 Peter Drucker Challenge Essay Contest is now accepting applications. This esteemed international competition, presented by the Drucker Society Europe in collaboration with the Drucker Forum, invites participants to explore a contemporary management topic within the framework of Peter Drucker's human-oriented management philosophy.

Eligibility:

To qualify for the Challenge, you must be aged between 18 to 35 years old, whether you are a student (Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD) or a young professional. Notably, previous recognition as a Drucker Challenge Laureate or any past participation in the Drucker Forum renders applicants ineligible. However, individuals who have transitioned from student to career roles at universities, or have ventured into managerial or entrepreneurial paths, remain eligible with a single essay submission, specifying their primary occupation.

For students, both part-time and full-time learners pursuing Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD degrees are eligible. Recent graduates seeking their inaugural professional endeavor are also welcome to participate.

Essay Topic:

The 2024 essay prompt revolves around "The Next Education – How A New Generation Must be Equipped To Lead In A Crazy World."

Prizes:

Winners stand to receive substantial prizes:

  • First Place (Gold): €2,000
  • Second Place (Silver): €1,200
  • Third Place (Bronze): €1,000

Essay Format:

  • Length: 1500 to 3000 words (excluding footnotes and graphics), submitted as a PDF or Word document.
