### Accelerator Objectives

### Eligibility Criteria

- **Youth-Led NGOs**: Organizations must be youth-led Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) with a primary focus on foundational literacy and numeracy education.
- **Geographic Focus**: Organizations must be physically based and actively engaged in the North West, North East, and North Central States of Nigeria, including:
