Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Success Specialist to join our team. As a Success Specialist, you will contact Independent Outside Mortgage Agents, present our value proposition, and secure appointments with our recruitment specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Contact OMAs, present our value proposition, and secure appointments

• Maintain pipeline and follow up on missed opportunities

• Confirm appointments and report daily results

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Outbound sales or telemarketing experience

• Resilience, independence, and teamwork

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

System Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection (15mbps primary, 10mbps backup)

• Desktop or laptop with i5 processor, 8 GB RAM (i3 processor for backup)

• Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and quiet dedicated home office
