McKinsey.org Forward is a free ten-week learning program designed to equip individuals at different stages of their careers — from career starters to job changers — with practical skills to succeed in the future of work. Whether you just finished school, you're between gigs, or you've been grinding in your lane and want to level up fast, this program was built with you in mind. 

Here is what makes it extraordinary: you are not sitting through boring slide decks. The learning experience is interactive and virtual — it begins with exploring foundational skills, then applying them to case studies based on real-world scenarios, ultimately developing new behaviours through ongoing reflection and peer learning. Who qualifies? The programme is open to all African countries. Applicants must currently reside in Africa, have completed at least secondary school, and either have less than five years of total work experience, or have more than five years but work in nonprofit, NGO, or non-managerial roles. IELTS is not required.
